  JMP (Junior Manager Program) is a global future leader trainee program with 2 years’ national or overseas rotation. It’s different from other trainee programs that we will train you in a specific function and develop you to be a junior manager. This is a great chance for young professional.   1.JMP_ Assembly Process Developer /博世初级经理人计划_装配工艺开发方向_AE

  Location:Suzhou

  Job Responsibilities

Develop of assembly and interconnection technologies (AIT) for automotive and non-automotive products.Focus area:

> polymer assembly technologies such as gluing, sealing, potting;

> Mechanical assembly technologies such as screwing, clinching, reverting,welding;

> Soldering assembly (surface mounting and selective);

Selection and implementation of appropriate assembly technologies and materials according to product design and system requirement regarding reliability.

oSupport of local and global production sites and supplier activities with special regards to material release and assembly technology qualification.

Communication with global development network and production network about design guideline,responsible to introduce the process design guidelines in product design.

Good knowledge and can use appropriate development tools and methodologies in solving different tasks/ problems during process development.

  Job Requirements

Master or above in material, physics, chemistry or mechanical engineering, with international education or working experiences

Around 3 year experience in process & product design or experience at material and assembly process application.

Open-minded, Pro-active, flexible, willing to take additional responsibilities

  2.JMP_HR / 博世初级经理人计划_人力资源方向_RBAC

  Location: Suzhou

  Job Responsibilities

  lPlanning:Moderate and support the business managers, HRL to delivery quality planning, e.g. StrategicWorkforce Planning, Succession and mid/long term talent development plan and Annual budgeting on HC and personnel costs

  lResourcing: Source and maintain relationships to key talents, e.g. managerial positions, critical technical experts, JMPs; Train and consult hiring managers to be effective on talent identification and selection

  lLeadership:

  > Participating Management meetings and actively providing HR solutions to the business partners

  > Define and deploy HR programs to support the growth of the organization and leadership structure

  > Accessing performance and potential of key position holder in the responsive area, proposals on development measures timely

Master in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or other related majors
